Together with our tax lawyer colleagues, we assist founders and leaders in setting up management packages, including: the formation of Management Companies, structuring of the package and/or negotiation of term sheets, terms and conditions of preferred shares, good/bad leaver promises, shareholders' agreements, and more broadly, any tax and/or wealth aspects related to the management package.

We assist founders and executives in anticipating the tax and legal implications of their exit and/or business transfer operations, as well as in their implementation.
